Digital printing
The maximum size of the usable sheet for digital printing is
3000mm x 1170mm. The high pressure laminate sheet is supplied
at 3050mm x 1220mm with a white border all round.

Screen printing
We supply screen printed images in a sheet size of 3050mm x
1290mm. Our Digital Design team can advise you on the
positioning of your images to enable maximum use of the full
sheet, or to allow for subsequent cutting of multiple images.

Material
Designs that are screen or digitally printed may be
incorporated into most grades of Formica® high pressure
laminates, including standard grade, compact grade (up to 20mm
thick) and flame-retardant grade. Additionally, we can create
postforming grade laminates with the screen printing process.
Laminate can also be bonded to a variety of substrates such as
chipboard or MDF.
